Whoosh Wellness is a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers and pharmacy partners. Whoosh Wellness does not provide medical care. All medical decisions, including prescriptions, are made by licensed providers using their independent clinical judgment. The Services are not a substitute for your primary care physician or in-person medical care.
You must be at least 18 years of age and located in a state where our services are available in order to use the platform. Availability may vary based on state laws and pharmacy licensing. Meeting eligibility requirements does not guarantee that you will receive treatment or a prescription.
By using the Services, you consent to receiving healthcare services via telehealth, which may include asynchronous communication such as questionnaires, messaging, or other non-real-time interactions. You understand that telehealth has limitations, including the inability to perform a physical examination, and agree that it is appropriate for the services provided.
Completing an intake or assessment does not guarantee that you will receive a prescription. A provider may determine that treatment is not appropriate for you based on your medical history or other factors. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial or termination of services.
Medications prescribed through the platform may be compounded by licensed pharmacies operating under Section 503A or 503B. Compounded medications are not commercially manufactured and are not reviewed or approved by the FDA for safety or efficacy. They are prepared based on a provider’s prescription for an individual patient.
Fees for services are disclosed on the website. By providing your payment information, you authorize Whoosh Wellness and its payment processors to charge you for applicable services, including subscriptions if applicable. Subscription services may automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
You agree that Whoosh Wellness may send you communications related to your account, treatment, and services via email or SMS. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time, but you may still receive transactional or service-related messages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whoosh Wellness and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Whoosh Wellness or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
